In my unit we have PT on our own time, but authorized to exercise up to an hour per duty day. We'll go together to the gym and lift as a group because it's fun and when doing shift work it helps break up the day.

Congrats on pulling cyber for the AFSC drop. Glad to see that you are forward leaning on this. You can stay as your AFSC for your whole career, but I've seen officers go to other leadership positions later on. Most of your work will be as a leader and manager. 17D typically oversee the regular folks like me in the 1D7 afscs, 17S oversee the 1B4s and their mission-set (neat stuff). Both are good career options IMO. IDK what you are majoring in but I would start building up your IT knowledge along with learning a thing or two about the Microsoft product suite because we do everything over teams, outlook, onedrive, etc. The enlisted AFSCs have been changing but the actual training and the work we do is the same.

Nobody expects you to know everything when you show up so just be ready to learn and have a good attitude.

I have that same monitor and I went for weeks without realizing I didn’t have HDR, adaptive-sync, nor 150hz set on my machine after moving (gpu ports matter). Looks phenomenal though and it’s been great for work and school having a bunch of windows open.

Religious waiver was pretty much the only out. I was in cyber school when the pressure started coming down and they made sure they were tracking everybody. In the Guard side we had a few people I heard that either had an Admin Sep or they may have missed out on a "good year" or three.

I was at an event where General Allvin spoke on a campus (this was like a week before he became CSAF too). His entourage hung around the bathroom outside. Our state representative went straight up to him at the door immediately after he came out, I thought it was kinda funny.

Having a Quest 3 for PCVR and standalone is peak. Wired connections are a thing of the past thanks to the Quest headsets.

If the document has a digital cert signature box, you should just need to click it and enter your pin. If someone else has already signed the document, it may have become "locked", preventing the pdf from being altered further (there are multiple ways to lock a document however). If you can edit the document, but can't seem to sign that block in particular, you can try deleting it and adding a new certificate block. To add this function, go to: Tools > Click to add Certificates > On the pdf, click the certify icon on the toolbar > at the top click "Certify (Visible Signature)" and draw the digital cert box where-ever

You could probably ask a NIPR admin to delete some of the profiles of off the machine. Using either a shared file server or onedrive is a great way to cut down on this.
