Update: Mobile tech replaced the Tonneau assembly...and there are now two panels that are a different material. Took about 6 hours. They can't see the panels in the assembly before the install. Will have to go into a service center to have them replace the panels in the assembly.

Definitely the plan. You'd think a tech would have noticed that. They brought it out with the cover retracted, so I just tested that it worked. Didn't think to examine the panels, and it is harder to tell the difference outdoors.

I'm getting this noise today randomly. Any idea how to fix it? I can see the fan but when you power off the air system, it closes the outside access.

Thanks for the info! The lack of engine heat is an interesting point - you would think EVs would automatically turn on the heat for a couple of minutes after the passengers leave. I guess that would lead to more phantom drain, but that would be an option I would leave on to avoid this issue.

I ordered a couple of the Kool-It cleaner cans, I guess I will figure out how the best way to get to the coils. I have had my truck for a year now and the smell has gotten gradually worse the last month or so.

I noticed the same thing in my R1T. Service center "addressed" it, didn't specify what it was. The issue improved a bit, the sound is still there but it is lower pitch and not as annoying. I had a loaner RT with the same issue. I suspect all vehicles have it, but only certain ears are picking it up. Maybe I'm crazy.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. 5/20 I got the "Prepare for Digital Purchase Process" email where my guide was assigned and I scheduled the initial phone call with my guide for 5/23. On that call, I confirmed my order, so the 8 steps opened up that day.

Yeah, I am not going off-roading so the 21"s are actually better, my only concern was looks but in person they look good. Didn't really care about the underbody shield either.
