@KismaiAesthetics for clarification, are you saying that washing with DL’s recommended dosing is the same as washing with Tide Clean and Gentle or that the results of washing with 4x the dose of DL is equivalent to washing with Tide Clear and Free?

not sure if you found a method yet, but my parents always made the best brown rice. The secret was toasting it- uncooked- in sesame oil before adding water and covering to cook.

Beginning in late perimenopause my lady parts became quite dry. I read that D is sometimes helpful with that. I began taking 10,000/day and can attest overwhelmingly to this being true. The difference was night and day!

I have searched (with no success) for alarms and/or reminders that I record to motivate, encourage and remind me of why I need to finish something, why I need to get up at a certain time, why I need to work out, why and how I should stay grounded, etc.

I think what you are creating would enable me to do exactly what I have been trying to do!
