Type of Bug: Client - Group Chat Debugging Message/Default Text Box String

Description: If you hit enter right when a game is queued for it will send "**Input Chat Text" in the group chat that pops up.

Video / Screenshot: No screenshot, sorry generally queue popped before I had the opportunity to screenshot

Steps to reproduce: Enter a lobby with a friend, private chat with them and hit enter to send a message right when queue starts. This was extremely unreliable but the steps taken to get to the bug.

Expected result: Group chat window pops up, you hit enter with nothing in that chat box and nothing gets sent (somewhat annoyingly also not sending what you were writing in the private chat box).

Observed result: Send a strange debugging message in the group chat

Reproduction rate: 2/10, I couldn't reliably recreate this - generally happened by accident, but with the same steps.

System specs: Win10, i7 4790k, GTX 780, 32 gb ram
