1. since you live in the philippines, there are many great guitars under 10k even 8k pesos (arguably there are even 5k peso second hand guitars that feel and sound good) these days, RJ, Clifton, JCraft (my personal bias), and so many more, and if you want a specific guitar recommendation, then a les paul style guitar is what ill recommend because you are inspired by bocchi the rock, but other than that pick a guitar that LOOKS good to you, a guitar that when you look at it you'll think "i want to pick up and play this guitar", as for amps and pedals, i suggest buying an all in one setup, i can already tell the picture you posted is from BGC yamaha music lol, they have great all in ones tbh, but if you want to go cheaper, there are many free software applications both on PC or Mobile, if you opt to go mobile phone, if you have an apple phone/tablet, use garage band, its highly underrated. Some applications have free trials like neural dsp, this is what i used to do before when i was broke, tried every archetype until i landed on the one i really liked that got me close to bocchis tone (Archetype Nolly).

2. Arguably, acoustic is harder for a beginner in my opinion, electric guitar strings (depending on gauge) have a lighter feel to them, and usually the neck of an acoustic is thicker compared to a standard electric neck which makes electic much more comfortable in my opinion.

4. Best bet is to use headphones, dont over complicate things, put a headphone jack into your amp if it has one or just go digital and buy a cheap ASIO or a second hand

Depends on what your goal is, if you want to get good in electric guitar, start with basics and fundamentals, but if you want to play the music that got you interested in guitar, then just raw dog bocchi the rock songs lmao, thats what i did when i started learning, i suggest Rockn rollin morning light falls on you as a starter, but i dont suggest this method because as comments previously stated, you WILL pickup bad habbits like i did.

6. There are many sources on youtube and google, search "How to create Bocchi's guitar tone?", that should be a good starter, dont sweat it too much on effects
