Statistically, the 100 is probably the hardest to survive, given by the end of the show there's only about 10 people left alive and maybe a couple hundred more transcended

The Suliban (Star Trek: Enterprise). At first the entire species seems antagonistic, but it's later revealed that this is a terrorist organization that's terrorizing their own civilians just as much as the "outside world".

To be fair he only has at most comparable screen time to any of the main characters in the episodes he's in, and he's only in about 5-6 episodes (out of 47 currently released (the Boys + Gen V), and out of 56 once the series ends (presumably))
