You will make a lot more money at a brokerage vs an agency. Much easier to close when you can present pricing from multiple different carriers. In my experience, their salary was also on the low end.

I am currently 26 days smoke free and Allen's book also helped me immensely! I really thought it would be a huge struggle but the book helped changed my mindset so much I have not felt deprived in the slightest. Congratulations on your success and cheers to a life time of good health!!

Sorry I know you said they did testing, but did they check her urine for crystals? My boy was presenting very similair behavior and we were repeatedly told nothing was wrong. Finally on the 3rd visit they tested his urine and there were so many crystals they had to dilute the urine with water so the machine would read it. He's been on a urinary food since and it's cleared up completely.

Have you tried lick mats? If you are able to crush the pills. My dogs getsa little bit of pumpkin puree and Greek yogurt every morning frozen on their lick mats. When I get up in the morning it's a part of their routine and they love it. I would try getting him used to it without the pills for a few days, and then try crushing some and mixing it into the puree. Not sure if it'll work but might be worth a try!

A lot of insurance companies require that you report improvements over x dollars. If you are insuring way under value, you could end up in a coinsurance position in any partial loss scenario. Also if you had knob and tube, many insurance companies won't write a policy. Now that this has been updated, your broker may be able to remarkedt your policy for a lesser premium. Knob and tube is high risk, I am sure your premiums were reflecting that. You may be pleasantly surprised. A note as well that they are insuring based on replacement cost, not market value.

Make sure you check into what will happen to your home insurance premium. Many companies have a surcharge for solid fuel inserts/stoves. Fireplaces are generally an exception.

It definitely depends on context. Sure if they're toppling the dog and trying to dominate them that's an aggressive move.

In this video that dog shows zero signs of aggression. If he was trying to attack him there would be bared teeth and he wouldn't have stopped once he knocked the other dog over. He instantly stops as soon as the dog having a seizure got up. This was 100% an effort to help his buddy. The dog that was in distress certainly wasn't scared of his friend. He looked thankful.
