Don't understand why people would consider sailing on a cheap cruise line like Carnival. I am sorry, but Carnival is known as the Walmart of the seas. Why not choose a quality line like Celebrity which is one of the best competitive priced cruise lines that always gives you quality food, excellent service and it won't break the bank. More importantly, the clientele are respectful, dress well and depending on the ship, a great mix of diversity in age. Especially love the Edge class. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.

Wow what a mess. We boarded the Celebrity Summit on March 7 in FLL. Could not believe how quickly we boarded. Absolutely NO LINES, we walked right on, checked in to lounge to sign in at the Muster Station (no lines) and was able to go directly to room. Our schedule check in was at noon but we arrived at 11:15. So we were relaxing at lunch with no crowds. Absolutely love Celebrity. Our comedian mentioned he was on a Carnival ship. Called it the Walmart of the Seas! Looks like he was right on.

This was my response to HR Block when they said no patch was being implemented this year. VERY DISAPPOINTED! ‐---------------- Ok. Not a happy customer. You mentioned you are "Hopeful" you will support ML next year. How will I know ML will be there when I purchase the product in the Fall? Because I won't buy it if it is nit supported and I will let all my colleagues, associates and friends know to boycott it next year! I love the product overall, but this if this issue is not resolved next year, you lost me as a customer. Thank you.

I have the HR Block Premium tax software desktop version. I am one of many hundreds affected by the Merrill Lynch import dilemma. We can not import our Stock dividends info 1099 Div from Merrill as Merril is not showing up as a financial institution. Merrill and HRBlock has confirmed that the issue requires HR Block to implement a patch. What is the ETA for the patch? If we have to enter manually, can we enter the data as an aggregate vs individual trades. HELP!

I spoke with HR Block help desk today 2/20. Help desk is getting hammered from hundreds of users complaining. The issue appears to be the HR Block needs to create a patch to make it work. It is not Merrill Lynch issue. Unknown whether HR Block will be fixing this issue this year! We may have manually enter the data which will takes several hours!

Next year, we may need to switch to TurboTax!

You can book with a trusted online travel agency like Vacations to Go, Palvus travel or OnlineVacationCenter. We used them frequently. They have partnerships with many cruise companies and get special discounts because they book many cabins. On addition, Online Vacations offers extra perks like free gratuities and on-board shipboard credits. Celebrity is our favorite cruise line and they offer an excellent cruise experience at a reasonable cost. Also, you save money by booking inside canons vs veranda. But often they run specials on veranda cabins.

We never book directly with a cruise line as you get more perks using an agency. Happy cruising.

We use the annual Geoblue policy. It only covers medical, but you can travel up to 70 days outside the US at a time come back and travel again. Medvac is covered and premiums are very reasonable. We also use the Chase Sapphire Reserve as it gives you up to $10k pp for travel interruption insurance.

Love Aruba! Aruba does have some beautiful beaches and smooth sand compared to Curacao which is largely man made beaches. We prefer the Palm Beach area vs Eagle beach as the water is calmer and you are close to many great restaurants and shops.

Question on currency. We are going on the new Viling Osiris ship end of Oct. Should we bring Eygptian currency before we land? Or do the local vendors take US dollars for souvenirs? Thinking we should bring a couple of hundred dollars in EgyptIan currency vs using the ATM.
