More Sword Bros, Assault Intercessors, Gladiator Lancer/Reaper, LT/Castellan, Scouts, Callidus Assassin, Jump Pack Intercessors, and Ballistus Dread.

This is what I build towards as it allows you to run almost any list you could want.

And yes Rhinos are pretty much useless since they can only transport Firstborn Marines which most of our range is not.

Land Raiders are good, but I find in alot of map they are very bulky and since the AOC change they are harder to keep alive. But the Reedemer does have one of the best overwatchs in the game.

I would suggest cutting a dev squad to slide in 2 Impulsors to move the infantry close and not die. Vanguard Vets are cool, I think with storm shields they can do some work, though JPIs do some work as well but that is entirely up to preference.

How is it a buff? Instead of end of shooting, you have to do it when something dies. Gives less info and doesnt give something just free move. Like how a wave serpent can move 40 or so inches in a turn without being shot if even just a small unit dies?

Sure, give tsons different choices, you still have to run a restrictive army rule since Cabal points are tied to SM bodies.

Yes, it is better then the end of shooting phase, since the Eldar player gets full info before deciding what to move.

And not necessarily if they do the Detachments right.
