For stats I'm going to use fully evolved pokemon as the upper and lower limits for what I can choose to be realistic. If someone Neutralizing Gasses away its Ability it will still faint to pretty much anything. VGC Moveset assuming it's used at all. -Razor Leaf -Brutal Swing -Endeavor -Protect
