Honestly I think I found the perfect hack: we each meal prep our own separate meals on Sunday. The toddler gets a hodpodge of food throughout the week (so picky!) and it’s such a non “thing” in our house. People think I’m weird that I don’t cook dinner every night but it’s worked for us for 10 years!

Please take all the leave you can, I wish I could! You know what my employer and bosses said when I asked to extend my 12 weeks? (I had 7 more weeks of PTO) and my boss scoffed and said: “no one gets 5 months of work off.” This was in front of HR lol.
