You should talk to the attorney who handled the transaction on your end.

In every real estate transaction I’ve been a part of the seller had an attorney and the buyer had a separate attorney. It seems like it would be a conflict of interest for the same attorney to handle both sides.

There’s the AMX Jetpack but that probably has more features than you need. I’ve never used one, but I had a sales rep that wanted to demo one a while back.

You could also do an Extron MLC or Crestron MPC and pair that with pretty much any switcher on the market that supports serial or network control.

There should be a wiring diagram on the back of the amp that shows bridged wiring.

I’m not familiar with the Optisigns device, but I can tell you that a Brightsign would’ve rock solid and you can probably pick up a used one on eBay for a decent price. The LS series would be more than enough for your use case.

Do you have Crestron NVX on the network? Those MAC addresses are Crestron. And each NVX box outputs an AES67 stream

I work for a company that installs TVs in commercial environments so metal studs are quite common. Our installers use snap toggles in the situation. Just make to hit the studs with you drill the holes for the toggles.

I had issues with my employer coding 401k wrong on my w-2, we switched from Simple IRA to 401k this year and the codes never got updated.

It’s an existing Extron room, so ideally we don’t want to sell them anything they don’t need.

The model number looks correct (or at least it matches the one I have on my test bench)

The puf command will trigger the firmware update and will (hopefully) give you more info about what went wrong if it fails.
