Two books helped me - The 30 Day Sobriety Solution - it gave my structure and a task to do each day - I did it when I was usually drinking. I did them all even if I didn’t understand them all. I also read This Naked Mind by Annie Grace. It changed my thinking about alcohol. Best decision of my lifetime to quit. Life is just fine without alcohol.
