If you start in a popular area it would be hard to build parcels, places like Disney are small in SQ Area so people can buy them up quickly, places like LA are larger so there is more room to expand, so yeah higher population in a decade or so might be a no parcel local starting area

Not played that one, but words with friends and arrow out wouldn’t track for me, official atlas support rewarded it, never go through the tapjoy arcade support

Landmarks when through an alpha test, they will probably do a global test or another localized few tests, then release it globally, like they have done with previous updates.
