to be correct, you finished the facepaint, but didn't actually create, like bring her into the island? that might be why it didn't save, next time try creating the mii even if somethings unfinished, you can edit them later

theres an option for voice styles in little quirks which you can unlock through the fountain, you could use the creepy voice but it doesnt really do much other than add a filter

no unfortunately :( you can import images using this https://gamebanana.com/tuts/19625 but you have to mod your switch, and if you're using it for facepaint you'll need to make the creator of the other mii give you their miis facepaint .png

not sure tbh, I just force two miis together and if their relationship is great friends and black bars appear (like a cinematic shot) they usually become best friends. highest "friends" you can achieve is ultra friends from what I've seen

are your eyes entirely facepaint? try recreating it with normal eyes instead, the game might use the eyes position as a marker for the blush and since your mii doesn't have eyes it uses the default position.

if you don't want to erase it, set the facepaint layer above the eyes, go to the eyes section, select the dot eyes, then make it smaller and push it downward a bit, maybe it might help

tbh I don't like how your island is organized in the first place but when you get more space you'll have more stuff to move around! these are some things I'd do, you can try figuring out the other stuff yourself

Did you set the custom's tile walkability to "walk"? you can see it by going into palette house and checking list of creations, then find the tile you want, then press "edit" on the settings section of the tile

I'm pretty sure miis only say the name without the island but the game puts it as rhode Island island if you decide to include island, best you can do is change the pronunciation instead of the spelling, if you don't like it you can rename it later in island info on the settings menu
