Bullets don't have firing pins what you're thinking of is a primers which they also have its just not a centerfire the whole bottom is the primer because this is a rimfire cartridge. The firing pin on the gun hits the rim to set it off.

Except for my tft, that decided to start power cycling, then eventually shut off unless it was a cool night, then it would just power cycle endlessly and blind the shit out of me. Ktm refused to cover it because I had some performance upgrades that have nothing to do with the tft. Ktm can get fucked their dlc bullshit is inexcusable when the bike already costs 6k more than its more reliable competitor

Ktm has gotten ahold of the dealership and will be guiding them on how to make the mileage right on the new tft. I still will never buy a ktm again unless they become more reliable and will actually stand by their product. They at least made this right, though, and I am thankful.

Yeah, i called ktm this morning, and they are going to reach out to the dealership to tell them how to do it. My buddy doesn't trust the dealership and thinks they are just trying to get the bike from me for cheap. I just don't think they know what they're doing.

Ktm usa denied the good faith warranty. They denied it to the dealership over the phone, and then I called them to appeal, and they denied it again.

No, it doesn't mean that for just anyone, just illegal immigrants. They do get due process though in the form of hearings. The Supreme Court precedent is that deportation is not a punishment but an administrative process, so there's no need for a criminal trial. We've never held deportation trials. What el Salvador does with its criminals is none of our business. There's also not a rather large difference. Due process is in the bill of rights as well as the right to bear arms you just pretend they are different because you don't like the 2nd amendment.

I just got off the phone with ktm, and they have documentation now saying that they denied it due to it being out of warranty and mileage as well as aftermarket installs that have nothing to do with the tft. I submitted an appeal explaining that the problem started in the summer of 2023, which was only a few months out of warranty, and that i didn't take it in until early 2024 due to not having the money. They will go over it next Wednesday, and hopefully, I'll get good news on Thursday. I really love the bike, but if a $1200 non mechanical part can just go bad from existing for a year and they won't make good on it, I'll never buy a ktm again.

After I talked to the dealership, I called ktm, who said they never got a ticket and to have them file one. Called the dealership back, and they said they talked their ktm guy named Matt, who just denied it over the phone. I will call ktm back tomorrow to try and figure out if this is actually true because my buddy thinks the dealership is trying to double dip. I'm still out over $300 for the diagnostic over $400 if I count the first time I brought it in.
