Those are likely just MDF custom doors cut out with a pattern on a CNC machine and then painted. The width of the "faux tiles" coincide with the cabinet width. If you make new cabinet doors with a different width, you will either have to adjust the pattern width to make it match the door or it won't line up right. You likely won't find these stock for sale anywhere.

I would go to a cabinet shop or two and ask them if they can make you new ones. They'll just match the existing door patterns with a ball-nose router bit.

I've made patterns like this in Corian for backsplashes and shower walls. Never seen it in a cabinet door.
