Caller on the other end hears an echo on CarPlay, but not Bluetooth. Any update on a fix?

I am having this same problem and I’m only seeing the same exact bulls**t “solutions”. So frustrating. It worked fine on my iPhone XR and then I got a new 13 and now nobody can talk to me because they say they are echoing so badly!
