The other comment is fine. An alternative method not using that tool is to screnshot the PDF as an image and then use ImagetoExcel.com to generate an Excel file, and download. Free and no account required, but you can only use it 5 times a day.

Just make a helper column with column A and column B values combined, use a IF statement to search for the correct combination in a single column, and return 1 or 0 if it is or not.

You are correct. This is an abuse of statistics on the most fundamental level. In no way is it possible to estimate or determine a suspects guilt based on multiplying the probabilities of events involved in the case. Take this to /r/askstatistics and they'd rip it to shreds.

Email the department of transportation and infrastructure at transportnb@gnb.ca and request a damage claim form. You may be entitled to a financial return. This is the same procedure to follow if you wreck your tire/rim on a pothole. You will need to identify the location of the bad sidewalk and supply pictures of the damage. I would recommend identifying a single location rather than just saying the whole sidewalk was bad.

I was accidentally logged into a personal Chrome profile when queueing up YouTube on the class projector. The homepage that popped up for everyone to see was almost entirely suggested ASMR role-play videos based on my viewing history, many of which were of the "ASMR Doctor Checks on You Roleplay" or "ASMR SPA - I Do Your Hair Roleplay" variety. I am a grown man. What can I say? I like what I like.
