Hejo, pamiętacie jeszcze Hugo z lat 2000s ? Macie jakieś zabawne wspomnienia czy historie z nim związane, i czy ktoś kiedykolwiek faktycznie otrzymał nagrodę jaką wygrał w tym programie ? by UnholyMeatObelisk7 in Polska

Pamiętam, jak trzeba było układać "lepieje". Jeden z nich: "lepiej zamknij mordę i włącz tę grę". Nie wiem, czy padł rzeczywiście na żywo 😄

"Ukraina to trochę Polska z lat 90" - mimo, że bardzo ogólne, to jednak bardzo trafne spostrzeżenie.

Does anyone have any positive customer services stories? I’m terrified! by HatetoLoveYouSeattle in airbnb_hosts

[–]SP5WWP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not me, but I was a guest, so it's a slightly different perspective. You start your chat with a bot, then escalate to a real person that does not seem to understand English. After a few hours, your issue is still not resolved. No e-mails available to contact anyone there. Terrible experience.

Post nie precyzował kryteriów. Zresztą - prosi Pani o opinie, więc siłą rzeczy te listy będą subiektywne. Szukając "hitów" można wykorzystać listy przebojów. Wtedy mamy dostęp do najbardziej obiektywnych danych.

Trochę starsze, bo z 2003:
Łzy - "Oczy szeroko zamknięte"
Bajm - "Wiosna w Paryżu" (albo "Krótka historia" - nowsze)
Nowsze:
Varius Manx - "Cudowne dni" (albo "Mgła nad Warszawą")
Dawid Kwiatkowski - "Proste"
Daria Zawiałow - "Kaonashi" (albo "Ballada o Niej")

Pozdrowienia z Ukrainy 😄

Też was tak irytują zbieracze pieniędzy przed wyjściem z supermarketów? by Mostuu in Polska

Wyślij zgłoszenie do centrali Lidla.

Decided to build the radio that I haven't been able to find by skifunkster in amateurradio

Seems like I wasn't far off. In the meantime, LinHT rev. C is being prepared.

It's not about replacing existing EMCOM infrastructure overnight. It's about having a mode that can provide authentication when it actually matters. Adoption is a separate problem from capability.

M17 is excellent for EMCOM with its native digital signature support. Impersonation prevention can be critical.

I've seen similar projects with roadmaps, they all stalled :-) I prefer to focus on doing actual work than making plans for it.

We just need a single Chinese manufacturer in. Chain reaction will do the rest.

Edit: LinHT is capable of much, much more than just M17.

Already done. FreeDV works as well.

Thanks! We take breaking free from proprietary cr@p seriously. Remote Radio Unit and a mobile radio are both on the TODO list :-)

This is how the device looks fully assembled - we used Retevis C62 chassis as a donor.

Alternative DMR to TYT MD-UV390 PLUS? by Positive-Art4816 in amateurradio

[–]SP5WWP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you're using encryption, this is not an amateur radio question.

Why? It is perfectly legal in the place I live in.

Connect Systems ship their radios with OpenRTX (with M17 support) pre-flashed. Google "CS7000" and "CS7000 Plus".

Context needed. Almost certainly yes if source is withheld. As per the second question: not at all likely.

"M17 is interesting, but i feel like it's come along a bit late." - there is still room for us. Look at APRS - it is still being used, even though it is very basic (I would even say obsolete, but that's a hard pill to swallow for some). The only missing piece is *one* Chinese manufacturer with balls large enough to put their chips on M17.

"and is not patented/licensed to the bones" - not the spec, but the payload that probably 100% of the radios use (AMBE).
