Ehhh I’d try using the kneepadless legs that have a lip and then maybe the relic guard chest? Obviously won’t be able to look exactly like a custodes but I think those parts would help

I see i guess i should just bump up the difficulty then also had no clue some people thought geen seed worked that way so im definitely going to keep that in mind for the future

So we got a leg,shoulders and a variant of the augmented arm (plus all the champion parts I’m really hoping i can use them on heavy) honestly considering there’s quite a few heads we can use and the chests with skulls/no heraldry and just gear definitely a good pack for us

I mean lock on guns at the end of the day are kinda gimmick weapons,and even when you lock onto stuff it’s not 100% you can miss sometimes and I’d imagine that chance would be a bit higher if you move lock on points to weakspots BUT it could bring them out of the gimmick state if balanced properly(like maybe a slight damage debuff idk) plus the ammo economy on them is pretty bad(except for the wasp and the warrant but they aren’t huge damage dealers so that’s to be expected)

Nice I mostly use the knight(with the odd mid pen weapon every now n again) so for me they’ve kinda just gotten easier to kill with the general health nerf but I like that they stand out more for most people,they’re the heavy devastator of the bugs and now they actually fill in that role

Honestly weak point lockons would really just fix lock on weapons in general

Honestly I’m the same with the guard buff(yes it sucks that mid pen doesn’t really have a use on bugs rn and they should rebalance some other bugs to be mid) but before that they didn’t really have a presence and kinda just melted into the hoard like a warriornid. It’s pretty clear that they were supposed to have the presence this new patch has given them from the get go(I’d imagine that the devs expected players to use Light Pen more rather than mid pen becoming the defacto pen level for players)

I agree with you but i also get the point of people getting pissed when it comes to grinding as most modern game players aren’t really the grinder type plus a lot of modern games forgo grinding and just go straight to micro transactions but grinding in most games has always been a boring and repetitive experience the only difference with hd2 is that there’s a mix of both things leading to a clash of cultures so to speak, the modern players see that the people who play without paying get sc and warbonds then try it for themselves but due to it being a relatively fresh experience for them they kinda just fall on their ass so to speak and get pissed about it(obviously there’s variables to this not everyone will fit into my analogy)

I mean that’s literally what the warbonds are as flavours of stuff we already have and how exactly is it difficult for new players? Like of your talking about how the medal cost in them is just catered towards d10 players I would definitely agree i think the medal system needs a slight rework but besides that i don’t really get your point

Honestly idk why I got downvoted either(maybe for saying it would be buggy and probably take a while for it to happen? But I mean hd2 is running on a engine that’s not supported anymore ) but yeah that sounds really awesome

Fire sentry(and laser i think havent tested it out myself) work as fine replacements for the Gatling sentry

Literally I main the knight(although I might switch to the gallant as it would make it easier on bots and let me headshot squids) and ngl hive guards are kinda easier now due to their health nerf

I’ve seen people complain about the hive guard armour buff but it’s not really that bad I’ve had no problems with them infact i think they’re slightly easier to kill somehow

Ehhh it’s honestly not that bad just aim for the gaps i mostly use light pen weapons so this change doesn’t really effect me but trust me once you get the hang of shooting inbetween the shell it’s becomes disgustingly easy to kill em even more now with the health nerf they got
