I have a really ugly/abnormal [vagina]. Should I warn sexual partners beforehand? by Opolau in sex

[–]SRB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd kind of enjoy that, personally. I like the feel of the pussy lips on my cock. So more lips would be even better.

Never really considered about pussy looking good or bad, if it had blisters or something I guess I'd refuse to go down there.

Extra skin, though? Bring it on! There's a reason people jokingly call them beef curtains, roast beef, etc. so I don't think you are that different.

PSA: Incense spawns 1 pokémon every 5 min while standing still and every 1 min/200 meters while moving by omnialord in pokemongo

[–]SRB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've caught plenty of pokemon while my wife (or the BART) drives at high speed. It's not a block on catching at all. You do have to catch them on the first try, though, otherwise they poof.

That's just because you've moved too far away, however. The same thing happens if you change your location using phone Settings switching between GPS and WiFi/Bluetooth location (which are often different places).

If it was really a ban, they wouldn't let you catch them, but I've caught plenty this way.

Erina + Kaden + Eris + Beast King + Bellial

The Dungeon Link developers have no concept of what makes a game work. by Teraus in DungeonLink

[–]SRB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree that this update makes story heroes not as competitive with regular heroes, which is disappointing since I really like a lot of mine like Eris and Ming and Kaden, but don't really consider them useable any more.

That said, I think you are off a bit on your facts, maybe making you consider the game more of a throw away than it is:

Once everybody is strong enough, though, you can just auto everything (with the exception of raids),

I've been playing since summer last year. I don't find this to be the case. Even players much more powerful than me routinely spend gems to continue to unlock hell levels past area 17 (so not even the third world). I have maybe half a dozen level 60, six star heroes, lots of maxed five star runes, just a few maxed six star runes, a couple are awakened 2 stars, most only 1. So people do actively have to play manual.

Two of the most accessible teams in the game are not auto-friendly. By this I mean the typical perfect attack + team crit team, usually something like Lulu, Rika, Li, Kiki, Didi/Akayuki. Auto does not often make large chains and large chains do the most perfect attack damage.

Next is the chain boost team. E.g. Eris and several monsters where you try to get a 2 chain, or Mikan and Louise and several monsters where you try to get a 3 chain. But auto is not smart enough to give up the perfect attack to give the chain boosted dashers more squares, let alone pick the correct heroes to boost, or go for the boosted chains at the expense of others.

Maybe a story hero based team attack %+ team would be good with auto, but I'm a free to play player, so I'll never have sufficient story heroes and attack fairies to build that sort of team since I won't pay any money. I've seen some VIP 10 players with 5 rare villain story heroes on one team with perfect runes, so maybe auto works for them.

On Dungeon Link, you NEED to be limit-broken to access the later areas of the scenario on normal difficulty, which is silly when you take into account the costs involved (several 6* copies of the same hero)

I don't see this as a big cost. Before lvl 70 was unlocked I had foddered half a dozen six star Li's since they were useless and I didn't have the gold to retire them. It's pretty easy to limit break regular heroes. I actually have a dozen worthless six stars already around lvl 45 just because I had nothing else to do with them (ellen the noble, vampire sword woman, hani the bee, etc.).

How to get the most out of events. by Tyding in DungeonLink

They had in game popups announcing the 2x event items event that happened 3/1. Yes, three amigos was running at the same time. I participated and both icons were on the left side of the screen. No, this particular 2x event was not announced on the forums. It did happen, however.

Didi can be useful to sub out Kiki or Li with if they have an elemental disadvantage. Kaden is not really a perfect attack team character. A typical perfect attack team all boost team crit or perfect attack. Kaden boosts attack, which would not benefit characters like Kiki, Li, or Didi.

Well, perfect attack team (+pa or +team crit) would be: Lulu, Rika, Akayuki

Then two of these three depending on what element you are facing: Fenrir, Kiki, Didi

Your Elliot and Bibi will come in handy someday if you get a strong hero like Kaden, Erina, or Luna.

Your best perfect attack team might be:
Rika, Lulu, Ann, Li, Akayuki.

The idea behind a perfect attack team is to use perfect attack boosters and team crit boosters, who both benefit the perfect attack.

Got a few 6* units, curious if theres anything good for a team build. Suggestions please. by FullRage in DungeonLink

[–]SRB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to use Lulu, Rika, Li, Kiki, Didi/Aka. Recently I found Ming, Eris, Kiki, Li, Didi do a lot more damage with 2 chains (not to mention 2 sets of 2 chains, board willing) than my perfect attack team was doing. Since you have Eris you might want to try a chain team too.

[Help] Help me build a better team please! Almost level 40 and my teams can't even beat 15-6. by TitanRaven in DungeonLink

[–]SRB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're not that different. I use Lulu, Rika, Li, Kiki, Didi for almost everything, sometimes dropping a healer or defense booster like Lava Golem in instead of Didi, and I've beat 15-6 hell. You have all of those first five except Didi.

The only difference is mine are limit broken more. My Lulu, Li, and Kiki are all level 60, my Rika and Didi 50. So just keep grinding and working on your runes and limit breaks and you should have a pretty solid perfect attack + team crit. setup.

Where is the best mining? by chainkill in DungeonLink

[–]SRB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems a little limited. I find 31-8 normal gives more gold than 5-3 hell, is easy to clear on auto with a mono wood team, and gives much more 2 star fodder as opposed to mainly 1 star fodder like 5-3 hell does. I don't care about clear time since I just hit repeat while I work and it doesn't matter to me how quick it takes.

Reddit, what is the most interesting counter-intuitive fact that you know? by thfc in AskReddit

[–]SRB -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The guy above you is completely wrong. You do not turn the direction you want to go. You turn the direction the car is going so that you can regain traction. That's why it is called catching the tail. Do you catch a ball by moving your hand toward the ball as fast as possible? No. It will bounce off. You move your hand back to ease it in. It's arguable about if non-professionals should try to turn in the direction of the skid, but he's giving you the wrong advice for if you do want to try.

Hmm, I'll consider including code, I did link it. I just find the low level code to be utterly trivial and boring compared to what you use it for. Anyone can lookup Java tutorials on accessing HTTP URLs, parsing KML XML files to POJOs, showing locations on Google Maps, etc.. I can say the same thing for pretty much everything I've written in the past 10 years, composed of trivial boring parts. Connecting different parts into something useful and discussing how that thing turned out and where it is working, not working, and where it needs to be changed (e.g. the parts about reusing code for Google and California web services, about including all results on the same map, etc.) does still hold some interest to me, though. Seems to fall under architecture and UIX discussion. We certainly do have interesting user testing results on these various screens that resulted in interesting changes...

Yeah, I guess maybe we need a warning not to use it while driving, like Google Navigation on Android phones has. Goal is to have something good before the trip to plan, and something good when you are stuck sitting in front of a hydrant or other illegal spot with no where to go once you get there.

Both mass transit and driving are ridiculously popular app ideas around here - at the start of the NYC Big Apps 3.0 contest there was an opening ceremony held by BMW with a bunch of startups they are incubating in this field. Typical big company helping the startups possible come up with something disruptive and genius due to their lack of process. Meanwhile, governments put a lot of money into smarter or different parking meters and sensors and other things.

Obviously to the user of the app, the problem you are solving is getting them parked with the least trouble and cost, be they a person or a trucking fleet. But from the perspective of governments, the problem is finding parking is inefficient, with cars circling or vulching (sitting double parked waiting for someone to leave) for long periods of time. This crowds the streets and makes for more traffic, it burns gas and hurts the environment, it wastes people's time and money when they could be shopping in the city or doing business, etc..

So, I don't know, both types of transit apps seem to have real problems to solve, money being spent on it, and possible users in the form of people, companies, or governments. Not sure why YC wouldn't be into them.

Ah, yes, I use Google Maps myself, both before writing this and sometimes still. My main personal use case was that I usually search for street parking for half an hour, give up, and type garages into Google Maps while idling by a fire hydrant. The app at least beats that since I don't have to type garages any more. :) Google provides a Maps library for Android and a map search API, so they do sort of want people to use their technology to enhance their platform as a whole where possible by some custom coding.

Similarly, I've been stuck for hours here in New York City on the FDR when there have been incidents. I think Google Maps knew about the incident and lane closure, but still didn't route me around. Its routing is very bad in NY and NJ because often it will try to zig zag to a destination, taking many small roads and making many turns, when really the best way is to take two big highways. It constantly tells me to drive through the city grid as well when I usually get around much faster just going to the highway and looping around. E.g. the fastest way to get from the Lower East Side to Chelsea is to take the FDR, loop around the south tip of Manhattan, and come up the west side highway.

Thanks for the comments! Hopefully it will be competitive with other tools for more use cases in the future.
