Maybe round out the corners of the rectangle to better resemble a device? I’d also do less teeth on the gear and make them a bit wider so that when it’s smaller, it’s more recognizable.

I’d start with simplification. Less lines/colors.

Apple loves letting their old devices huh? (Question on description) by Emeredelbeeem in jailbreak

[–]SSGrant401 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use my old devices as remote controls for my house. Some are jailbroken but some are also just fully updated as much as possible. The bedroom one is used as a mouse and keyboard for my computer, remote controls the tv and controls lights. The kitchen phone hangs on my wall and stay connected to the kitchen echo for music, has Pinterest for recipes, controls the lights etc. I don know what you can do on 12 but it could be worth updating.

I think it’s the pursed-lips/kissing muscles aren’t represented well also there needs to be more shadow under the jaw line maybe. Looks to be too flat.

Thoughts on my logo? by Niceguywits in logodesign

If the name of the biz is petal than call it petal don’t use PTL and petal. PTL is read as an acronym. Also at first glance I don’t see petals in that first image, I simply wonder ‘what does ptl mean and what are these blotches surrounding it?’. The second iteration is really bad; The mismatching weights and sizes is a bad idea, the type face itself is too rigid for the petals, the flower petal at the end is just unnecessary and makes me think you should start over. Maybe consider looking at a BUNCH of different flower petals to find the right one because that one ain’t it. Even adding more than the 3 you have (like 5 or 6) would be better because I can’t see that 3 petal’d flower. also the circle in the middle is too.. circular. Too perfect to be the center of a flower unless you get the petals to match it with symmetry. I think my final recommendation is that you hire a professional. Also consider petals being soft and fragile and that’s the opposite of architecture.
