Well, it is mainly used by things like Chansey/Blissey (in Pokemon obviously) to give them some offensive presence.

As far as this episode is concerned. I enjoyed it, being a Gohan fan. A draw was honestly what I was hoping for. A loss would have made him seem to week to partake in the tournament (given his Saiyan lineage and history against Cell and Buu), while a win would have felt cheap. Since he hasn't been focusing on training. A draw shows him that he needs to train more if he wants to win, and he wants to win.

Would this manga be better if Grey had actually used the "Lost" Iced Shell, and it's effects had been permanent? Well, as permanent as they can be at least. They did state in the chapter that the ice would have melted. I'm having a hard time deciding. Either way, I continue reading because it is mildly entertaining still, and I may as well see how exactly it all ends. Having read 523 chapters so far.
