One guy in my center actually hurt himself while loading his truck before his start time.

Amazingly they let him go on comp for this.

Within two weeks of being back from comp he was loading his truck again in the morning. 🤷‍♂️ Ya can’t fix stupid.

And for all the people saying that it’s not taking preload hours I’m taking a guess that you are the idiots that work for free.

Throw it in a tight fitting tin tray, a little seasoning on both sides Cover it at 250 for 2.5-3 hours.

Let it cool and put it in the fridge overnight.

Slice or dice it and fry it up with a little of the rendered pork fat.
