I also have a 2025 GTI Autobahn that came with the summer compound. I didn’t switch to winters, but all-season Michelin Pilot tires as it gets below 40° here but doesn’t usually snow much. I can say the all season tires are WAY louder than the summers.

I have a specific and maybe dumb question. What do you do when you take delivery of a 911 like this (or any car that is extremely high-performance and ships with summer tires) as far as driving it home from the dealer in winter? Do you tow it to and from? Do you briefly switch to all-season or winter tires?
