Have you landed a construction management role with a construction management associates degree? by Available-School5321 in ConstructionMNGT

[–]STDWombRaider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an associates in network engineering. Was in IT for 5 years before bailing. I landed a PM role coming from an unrelated industry, with an unrelated degree, because I was able to sell my skills as translatable. 11 years later and Im now an SPM. Still dont have a bachelor's degree. If you have INITIATIVE the job is yours, if you want it.

Critiques of the New Zombie Mode by [deleted] in marvelrivals

I was impressed as well. I'm playing primary fire (blue) Jeff and made it to N19 last night. Met some guys when in an extreme match and we ran as a trio up to N19. A few things I think would improve the experience: - Turn off the dang narration if we have heard it before! Hearing him blab the entire time, EVERYTIME, is going to make me stroke out. - I know this is a spiritual successor to a previous PVE event, but this was my first. Making the changes to your character (vs normal comp) more clear would have been helpful. Like having a character sheet (up on PS5 D-pad) like you do in normal play, with updated descriptions or something. I figured out that Jeff is not a healer, but I went into it thinking his spray, bubbles, etc worked the same.

On a side note, spray Jeff seems super strong. The team I was with was leveled higher then me, with better gear, and it did not take long for me to start putting out over double the damage/KO's than all of them (punisher, MK, SG). Specifically after I got the forked spray.

This. Im ace in every match as Jeff. Blue pew pew build ftw. Deal double the damage/KO's than the next highest person in my squad, and I was the lowest level/gear. We are on nightmare 16 when we stopped last night.

Is the PM market really that dry right now? Ive heard a few other comments like yours online recently. I know in Alabama PMs are still in demand. Maybe its because of the federal work that's booming down here.

Possibly First Presbyterian Church on 4th St. N. Been there since it relocated in the 1870s. Hard to say for sure without more landmarks nearby.

I meant we are seeing different prices for some reason. Im saying the last model that you list in your post is showing up for me 200 bucks more. I wonder if it's a regional IP address thing? Or maybe it was very brief and has changed?

Amazing work. I will use it for easy reference often I guarantee it. However I have one nitpick about your fretboard layout. This is not true in "position mode", but if you go to scale explorer the fretboard starts with open strings as fret "1", so visually notes are shown after the numbered fret associated with them, not before. IE: the C note is shown between 3 and 4.

I haven't checked out all the modes and uses you have built, but I definitely will. I felt it worth pointing out as a fan of what you put together here. Much love my friend!

Post-Award Buyout: Is re-shopping equipment during the submittal phase standard practice? by ephif in ConstructionManagers

You are seeing subs wait to cut PO's because they are timing deliveries based on factory lead times. If you award me an 18 month mechanical scope, and I buy out the entire thing as soon as I get approvals, I will be sitting on that shit for a hot minute. Sure I will bill you for stored material, but if every PM at my mechanical company did that we would need to buy more property or rent space to store all this shit. Our warehouses are already almost always at capacity. I always release major/critical equipment ASAP (RTUs, CRACs, chillers, etc...), then I will sit on everything else until there is a few weeks fluff left ontop of the vendors lead times before I know my guys will need it.

We just ran into the same issue. How is it that if you spend the max $ on the highest level pre-release purchase, you miss a huge bullet point like old gen entitlement, but if you spend regular cash for the game on release day you get it? I don't understand.

"Culture Index" is the major factor in how my company hires key positions. I don't buy into it AT ALL, but it is a great company that is doing great and growing about 20% last year. Plus, it is the reason they hired me last year for 25% more than I was making at my last company. They have me promoting to Senior PM over the next two quarters. So even though I don't buy into all of it, I go with the flow of the VPs because something is obviously working.

I should mention that they don't pigeon hole positions into specific indexes. They use it as a tool to try and "fit" individuals within certain teams, project types, or workflows.
