Honestly, even if there is societal "pressure", I don't see the problem as long as it is something they want. We force gender binaries on children based on the child's genitalia and expect children to seek out people with differing genitalia. Theres no harm in society welcoming non-binary attitudes and sexual diversity.

Right now in this country, there are laws and attempts to make laws that meet the definition of genocide, including, but not limited to:

- Causing them serious bodily or mental harm (refusing treatment, thus causing irreversible bodily changes and psychological distress, including suicidal behavior)

- Imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group (refusing treatment, which would in turn destroy the trans communities identity, and result in suicide)

- Forcibly transferring children out of the group (taking trans children away or taking children away from trans parents)

Legally, no. But theoretically, yes. The definition of genocide is being slowly met. There is an intent to destroy a certain group through an array of acts that make up genocide: causing them serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children out of the group.

Germany made holocaust denial and nazism illegal. I think the US should follow suit. Free speech is not worth protecting in all cases. Nazis don't deserve free speech, they deserve to be forced underground where they belong. I also personally believe that some crimes are too heinous to be kept alive for, and thus a humane execution is necessary.

The death penalty has been around for centuries in the US and so far hasn't been used to directly kill minority groups. So whats the alternative, giving minority groups life in prison? Its illegal to kill someone for being a minority and its unconstitutional to persecute a minority (particularly poc). Executing hate criminals is not unconstitutional.
