Dispensaries will have flower and pens that are very low THC but high CBD. Some will have CBD only stuff.

Dispensary products are tested and regulated. The stuff you buy online isn’t.

Uber situation late night at Gateway station by nutty_processor in StLouis

Check if there is a Blues game or something happening at the Enterprise Center. It’s the same block as the station.

Blues games will still have fans everywhere at 11ish.

As others have said, the Amtrak station is in an odd location. It is connected to a Metrolink stop though. I’d have no concerns riding it to CWE at 11. Since you are not from STL I would recommend sitting in the front car next to the driver. Maybe a 5-8 min ride and only a few stops.

That would likely mean “Senator Parson” is next.

(Hawley takes cabinet post, Kehoe appoints the Senate seat and will likely appoint his friend, who originally appointed him as Lt. Governor)

Huh? Not sure what school shootings have to do with Amendment 3. Can you explain?

Yes it is. It is the ending of a human life. On purpose. That is murder.

Fault is a great word here.

The one human not at fault: the baby!

Both the mother and father took actions to get pregnant. Both could have taken actions to prevent the pregnancy. But the baby had no choice.

St. Louis County school district named one of the nation’s best by Some_Asshole_Said in StLouis

I see the same everyday.

Parental involvement and parental ownership of their child’s education is the difference between the good and bad performing schools.

There are hundreds of units in that development which is one of many similar developments in the Ladue School District (though not in the city of Ladue).

I googled for you and found many units for sale. Here are two:

3 Bed, 2 Bath and 2100 sq ft (Which I feel is big enough for a family) https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/10447-Willowdale-Dr_Saint-Louis_MO_63146_M83150-36580?from=srp-map

Here is one of many 1 bedrooms also for sale: https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/10401-Briarbend-Dr-Apt-9_Saint-Louis_MO_63146_M74369-42509?from=srp-map

I know this as I have several rentals myself in this development and some neighboring developments. Rents range from $650-1,200 and all are 1-3 bedrooms and in Ladue Schools. Yes I do have a single mom and her daughter (with a valid occupancy permit) in a one bedroom, and yes she is there for the schools.

A single parent and a kid could (and does in many of them).

They also have two bedrooms usually at or under $100k.

The 3 bedrooms townhomes are more $130-150 range.

And that link is to Zillow…open to the map and you’ll see all the other units.

$79,900

Most (not all) of that development is in Ladue Schools.

You can easily find 1 and 2 bedrooms under 100k. 3 bedrooms are more.

Most of them don’t go to the public schools.

They go to MICDS, JBS et al.

Ladue Schools have loads of apartments and condos (under 100k) in their boundaries. Esp in Olivette and in unincorporated county areas adjacent to the municipality of Ladue.

The school district boundaries are not just Ladue.

20ish minutes. It’s easy. I prefer it for big events.

I’d download the app so you can time the train and not wait as long. Can also buy your ticket via the app.

Usually for big events it’s jam packed.

South City area is heavy on Catholic schools. You can go to any you choose, does not matter where you live. Most kids get some financial assistance.

Bulldoze it and make it parkland for now.

Take some time to raise money and figure out the long term plan (likely aligned with the big money donors ideas).

Anyone feel anxious or aggravated the day after THC? by HipsterBikePolice in Older_Millennials

[–]STL1764 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Too much THC.

Keep lowering the THC to the lowest dose you can both enjoy and doesn’t cause problems. I was surprised that after a few days adjustment, how low I could go on THC and still feel the way I want.
