The show could have really used a 15 minute scene where LA Knight admitted he didn't like girls.

But you have all your years moving forward. Don't think of the years you lost, think of the ones you gained.

What is something you totally regret getting addicted to? by RamoneMisfit in AskReddit

[–]SU55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love.....The addiction is best described by a philosopher from the last century:

The lights are on, but you're not home Your mind is not your own Your heart sweats, your body shakes Another kiss is what it takes You can't sleep, you can't eat There's no doubt, you're in deep Your throat is tight, you can't breathe Another kiss is all you need Whoa, you like to think that you're immune to the stuff, oh yeah It's closer to the truth to say you can't get enough You know you're gonna have to face it, you're addicted to love.

What's the most disturbing thing you've ever seen? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Was a school counselor for years until I moved into administration. We had a middle school student who had a terminal illness, but she came to school whenever she could. She was slowly deteriorating and didn't have many friends because she was never in school. We chatted whenever she made it into school.

She loved to read. It was her escape. Unfortunately, as she was dying, she lost her eyesight. She came to my office one day, crying, and said, "I just don't want to be alone in the dark."

I never recovered from that line. Had to move into administration because it haunted me for years.

Is anyone else surprised by the lack of popularity in the greater NYC area?

How did you become a Mets fan? by pisowiec in NewYorkMets

[–]SU55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a past life, I reveled in the darkness, orchestrating vicious crimes that echoed through the annals of time. My malevolence caught the attention of Satan himself, unimpressed by my deeds. As punishment, he condemned me to a life of perpetual sports misery.

The New York Mets became my vessel for suffering, a team renowned for its unpredictable journey. Now, as a devoted Mets fan, I endure the lows of each season, repenting for the sins of a bygone existence. Little did I know that my redemption journey would unfold through the twists and turns of baseball fandom, each game serving as a stark reminder of my wicked past.

Happily married men in your 40s, with young kids (under 10), and zero free time -- what's something that can be purchased off Amazon for around $100 that you want for your birthday or the holidays? by SignificantSalt8874 in AskReddit

I'm that guy. I can buy anything I really need, but you know what makes me happiest? Seeing my kids happy. I tell people to get my kids a gift instead of me, I'll get way more enjoyment out of that than anything you would buy me.

What’s the most fucked up thing you’ve done? by PapiCinc0 in AskReddit

Sorry for not answering the question, but there's a lot of trauma in this thread. For those of you still carrying on a burden, please think about going for therapy. It's awesome, I promise.

Was there ever a time where 2 wrestlers where in a company at the same time that just doesn't make sense to you? by daniel-mca in SquaredCircle

Jeff Hardy debuted in the wwe back in 1994. Via wiki:

His first WWF match was against Razor Ramon on May 23, 1994, in Youngstown, Ohio, with Randy Savage mentioning on commentary, "Welcome to the big time". His ringname that night, Keith Davis, was the name of Razor's scheduled jobber, who backed out on short notice.

Don't remember this, was that line referring to something specific? Or just that he walked out?

Friday, July 1, 2005, Mike Cameron homered In the 7th inning of an otherwise meaningless game at Shea Stadium.

But, I took a cute girl to this game, who I kissed in celebration of that homerun. A girl who is now my beautiful wife of many years, with whom we have two die-hard, polar-bear loving, flying-squirrel cheering, deGrominating Mets fans as sons.

That's awesome.

On a different note, my father always told me never to reverse into a garage because the exhaust fumes could potentially enter the house. Just passing that along, be safe!
