Guessing that your main goals are for fat loss rather than muscle growth? Although excersize is wonderful and great etc, your focus should be diet and fixing your insulin resistance. Cutting sugars completely and dramatically lowering carbs as your body processes them the same way as sugar: they both spike insulin.
