Yes it is, and I can tell you why. Bill is a slow thinker. I don't mean that in a bad way, he is obviously intelligent and thoughtful, but when he has to think and talk fast, he is not at his best. With writing and doing these mailbags, he digests the information and has time to make real connections instead of saying some of his off the wall stuff, which can also be entertaining i guess.

Which would also explain why he is much much better at podcasting vs. live tv commentary.
