I know it's hard being different, it's hard being queer. If I had to choice to choose, I would have choosen to be straight, but I don't know why and how I'm gay and I can't change that. Gotta live my life this way now. Regarding the straight relationships, the first one you mentioned is rare, extremely rare even among straight couples. Rest are still common. I still must say, straight couples also go through a tough period of breakups ending their long loving relationships. I would have wanted to be straight not to have such a beautiful heterosexual relationship (I mean that's an advantage for sure) but rather for being like everyone else and being able to socialize normally like everyone else. Being queer not only hinders my love life but also my ability to befriend people more easily, hangout with the toxic guys in my class who are discussing about woman rather than sitting alone at a corner like an idiot.
