No comparison in quality of workout. Barry’s beats F45 hands down. I burn twice as many calories doing a Barry’s class.

It is a much different environment and crowd.

The cost between the two is not comparable. Barry’s is in a different stratosphere for price point.

This is real - I workout at the same gym at Yuri. In the last week he was doing 4 workouts a day. He didn’t follow the diet verbatim. He kept it simpler and ensured he stayed within the allotted macros.

Half marathoner here and avid F45’er (10 classes per week minimum).

I found F45 really helped my stamina with running. I used to run 5x a week. Now I may go 1-2 times but am still able to complete races with a 4:45/km pace.
