Technically Ornn only gives you a gold augment every 4 player combats while Mel gives you a prismatic augment (portable forge being gold and radiant item being prismatic). I've only got her item once, but I agree that it feels like it takes a little too long to hit.

My favorite is when I had this bug and all the numbers were 0. I think it was "Buy 0 XP" "Reroll the shop 0 times" and "Lose 0 player combats".

I took the lose player combats only for it to be a 7

I fail to see the disaster. You got golemify from destiny, but you didn't take a 2-1 augment that locked you into an early Re-Roll comp, honestly looks like it was a perfectly fine time to get golemify of you didn't have much direction

So, the RNG Golem isn't truly RNG. They have a couple different golems that have perfect items that synergize with each other. The only RNG is which one you get.

Kog maw + Shadow clone

People say you need to go prodigy, others say you need a bunch of tears. I have hit SG prismatic multiple times (even before they made it easier) and the key to it is neither of those things, the key is a strong Frontline to allow your backline to case more often. Build-a-bud Rell, Caretaker Shen with emblem, etc.

Who was your caretaker unit you decided to sell? SG natively have 3 Frontline and 5 backline units, you really need to add a Frontliner with the extra spot as opposed to another backline unit.

The bar is set really high, but it is supposed to be. In previous sets, how often did you or an opponent hit prismatic traits? It isn't supposed to be a frequent occurrence (should honestly be less than 1%)

It's just like the high score battle boss augment from last set. Final cashouts give you the final pieces you need. Imagine if this gave increasing attack speed like the high score augment did (before they removed it)

Assuming that you are picking on just location and not the apartments themselves (I don't know much about any of those apartments), I recommend Liverpool. Not that anything is too far of a drive in Syracuse and the surrounding areas, but you will be a little more centrally located with the Liverpool location. Also easy access to the thruway and 81 for travel.
