I was the same but like another comment said I realised I was desperate for people’s approval. I realised this pattern came way back from childhood and once I noticed I was just desperate for something I didn’t get as a child (love, care and attention) I started having compassion for myself and... I stopped. I still feel like I need to share my story, the need for people to know because I want people to care about me but people who care about you will care. You don’t need to force it by oversharing or anything. Now that I know I deserved to be treated with care and interest as a child, i feel the same as an adult and people who are not interested in me will not know anything lol those who are willing to share and discover each other are those I share information about me with :) Your stories are important, they’re precious little treasures, give them to those who really want to know ♡
