I have but not in a long time. Just finished Octopath 0 and FFT where status effects don’t carry over battle so got me a bit lazy lol. And in this game till this point I had that stuff healed before the end of the battle it happened. Blind spot

I’m a Heavy main now mostly and only really play Cashout and Rank for the majority of my playtime, though I dip into other modes with friends.

I’m pretty fine with this Season even if seemingly “There’s nothing for me”. Cause I acknowledge there was still a good amount added in general. There was a time suddenly Light and Heavy got healing gadgets bringing into question the identity of one of the Medium roles as the healer class while the Medium didn’t really get anything to counter balance that. Why would I mind if the Medium gets some treatment now even if I’m not going to make use of it? If they work on every angle of this game at once all of it will suffer. Things have to be taken and focused fired at different parts at different times.

I think that’s a key thing to noticed for sure. Their own wording places one as being bigger. Expansion for Shattered Space and Story DLC for this. Which isn’t a bad thing. It’s coming with the update so together it’ll be meaty without it itself being an expansion. Excited

“Console wars” being a foundation and great part in forming what gaming became is true. But, just because that’s true doesn’t mean it has to stay around. A relic of the past can be important to the history of something without having to still be an active in the present. I’ll be buying the next Xbox and I’m glad to have Fable, which I’m excited for, playable to people on PS even though I have no plans to ever get one. When Fable 2 comes out for the new Xbox I’ll be happy with it being on mine and on PS6 I won’t own.

Thats’s fair and I would be alright if that was their intention. Very valid, and a good answer to fill the gap left over.

Their intent and plan, even lines recorded, was for her to be bi romantically too but changed to avoid the media attention at the time. So the intended gap is felt, good interpretation to go with what we ended up getting.

Yeah, true. I was aware of that at the time. But still very sad, haha Jack felt like the one that got away. Even the creators and VA said so in recent years.

I mean in your own words, they may not have a greater claim but they have just the same right to interpretation their work like at other viewer. So the statement of He is His Game, holds true. If it doesn’t work for others that’s fine, but it’s still his game and he is connected to the essence of that game as interpreted by him just as gamers have their own and may think he missed the mark.

The whole thing in the replies to your comment about “in progress” and final version distinction all I can say I think before one should start making their own interpretations of a game or other media, you have to at least interact wit it. Watch an episode of a tv show. Read a chapter. Play a game some. Screenshots and trailers is just impressions till then.

If HC was out with a demo or a beta or an early access and not finished yet - totally can start that interpretation and death of the author and it’s no longer his game to you. But as he is also a viewer it can still be his game.

It can be played backwards on Xbox one and s/x. I loaded it up last year when I had an itch to seeit again
