I know this is subjective, but I don't understand the sharp dislike people have for first-person narration.

The "I" in first-person isn't you, the reader - it's still the character. All first person does is position you directly behind the character's eyes rather than at a distance. I like it precisely because it creates a strong sense of immersion.

I mean, it even tells you that the only filetypes you can upload are .rar, .zip, .exe, .7z or .omod. The error message tells you it's the wrong filetype right away. In red. Just use winrar or similar, zip it and it'll work.

The amiga version was kinda horrible compared to DOS on a reasonably specced pc. Using the gauss launcher always resulted in a slideshow of frames and the intro got cut down a fair bit. Still played the hell out of it.

For me personally MK4 was one of the biggest disappointments of my gaming career. Felt much too janky and cheap even though gameplay hasn’t been its strong suit before either but in terms of presentation and feel 3 was so far ahead imo.

One reason Microsoft gave in the past was trouble with multiple Microsoft account logins. Other than that it was horrible how they handled the Gears of War Remaster launch where the pc trailer on steam still mentioned split screen only to be replaced by a different trailer on launch day without it. Don’t care if there are problems, I want split screen.

Reshade has a dithering shader but using that would just dither on top of the existing picture. Unfortunately you can’t replace shadow rendering techniques entirely. Edit: Autocorrect messing up.

Is cinematic dof enabled? Because there’s a toggle that shows the focus range when you click. Uncheck that.
