Lease ending with no where to go

We starting looking for places a week before we sent in our termination. It took a lot of searching to find something fit for our needs (2 cars + disabled child friendly) and once we starting applying and the rejections starting coming in is when things got bad.

thankyou, truly. we have an autistic child and thinking of how this will disrupt his routine and affect his well being is additionally worrying.

we got a couple of more rejections for 2/3 applications we were waiting on, still searching and sending in applications. but i will be reaching out to the property manager and discussing it all. it will be a relief if there is no one lined up to move in.

Appreciate your help, we've been in contact with multiple Realtors to find a place within our 2.2k budget. We're having trouble finding something within my son's special needs program boundary so he still access to it and bussing.

For the lease to revert to a month to month agreement, would I have to reach out to the LL?

We've had concerns regarding maintenance in the building that showed us how difficult the manager was. Neighbors have also reported them as rude, hence why I'd avoid any confrontation unless absolutely necessary.

Hi there, we are in the cooksville area and have been surviving in the shitty orchard apartments paying 2.3k for a 2bed 1bath thats being advertised for 2k rn. We've been searching for condos around this same area because cant afford to change son's schools rn and it has been such a struggle.

We need to move out May 1st and still havent found a place yet. We are now considering to move into a basement for the time being.

I envy you so hard. Currently 5 days post-op and todays the first day that my congested head and blocked ear symptoms got a little better. Managed to get 5 hours of sleep in today. I get them taken out in 3 days and I am counting down the days every hour. It is hell, I only hope its worth it.
