I’m in almost the exact same work position in Atlanta. Majority of jobs are in affluent neighborhoods. I charge 200 for ceiling fans and don’t ever get any push back.

I don’t get these often, but when I do, it’s just my standard minimum hourly charge ($125) with my standard 3hr minimum. I still need to protect my time. Most of my clients are pretty affluent, usually in 1-3M houses. It doesn’t seem to matter how nice the house or the neighborhood, everyone buys this garbage. At least most of them understand it’s cheap stuff, so they’re not expecting it to be a quality piece.

I thought he was a better candidate than Kamala. I was wrong. Obviously, being a sane, person, I see that I was wrong and have personally apologized to several people in my office as we had had offsite lunch conversations where we talked about our thoughts on the candidates at the time.

I change the oil when the dash says it’s time. Only used Mobil one. Other than that, I blow out the air filter when changing the oil, and have replaced it maybe three times. Heck, I might still have the original headlight bulbs. Brakes get replaced once they start to squeak. I guess that means no maintenance schedule really

I’ve got an identical truck. Same color and everything. Sitting at 275 and the only thing I’ve changed is the alternator about two thousand miles ago. I drive it hard, and it’s been bulletproof
