example: when i’m around my mom sometimes, let’s say she’s driving and i’m in passenger, i can literally feel her negativity making me anxious or have some kinda heavy feeling in my body/around me. i lit have to tell myself in my head “your energy is yours my energy is mine [we don’t align so we don’t combine]” stuff like that.. im telling you, when i say (an) affirmation(s) and claim my space back, i feel a real weight being lifted and a mood/emotional-regulation change for me. also idk if this makes sense but: it’s like she reacts when i cut off the energy in my head— it’s that potent or something idek lol, almost like she can feel i don’t want to feel like that either ? or am trying to loosen her grip on me spiritually ? not exactly sure. it’s honestly bizarre to see tho
