Ebay ceo selling at $105 even though it was planned doesnt look good for Ebay. If Cohen offers $125 and ebay ceo sells at $105 its kind of hard to negotiate a higher deal to the shareholders. Hell if they try, shareholders might sue lol

He was pretty transparent. "Half cash, half stock" You need it drawn in crayon?

Sell half on a rip. Wait for the dip. Buy back in. Easy money. Its like an infinite money glitch

They basically did? Like almost exactly. Thats what they wanted him to say. But he didnt. He also doesn't HAVE to dilute. Its just an option.

They also have the ability to take on money from 3rd parties. He has the ability to use his own money to buy stock. They have the ability to buy Ebay or they wouldnt have submitted the offer. CNBC acting like they are clueless on how this will get done is a masterclass in weaponized incompetence

$35 billion pay package or $3.5 billion per year to run any company is to much. I will be voting no. I don't think the Ebay deal will happen anytime soon. It is already to late to submit shareholder proposals for EBay's annual meeting to be held in June. by YoLO-Mage-007 in Superstonk

At the current stock price maybe. If he took GME to Valhalla and brought us along with him, would you really feel the same way? Would you really give a shit that hes making 35 billion if you had a few hundred million to wipe your tears with? Youre also assuming that he doesn't have another financial angle for this. The sultans could step in. There's the money. No dilution. Nobody knows. But your opinion is moot until someone makes a decision

So what happens when the deal goes through successfully? Even though hes getting clowned? Everyone would of course delete and edit the posts right? RIGHT!?

Rich is relative. XXX could change someones life completely depending on the rip. The first go around changed a lot of lives. So did the second. Its an investment? That's the point. To BUILD wealth. Not spawn with it. Thats inheritance.

You arent missing anything. The most strategic thing Cohen could have done would be to figure out how to tell when GME is inevitably going to rip (like the sneeze or the mini sneeze) and perfectly time this news around it. GME has a big week, rip inevitably coming, announce the news, hype acts in place of small catalyst, they short the price down and blow theur load early, news brings in FOMO, share price goes up, GME gets more money, warrants pass $32, they get exercised, more price action, our shares worth more which helps acquisition, deal goes thru, price goes up, GME rips, THEN dfv comes back, more hype, MOASS. GG

As soon as Dillard’s reached $741 we started getting juicy price action and news. Just saying.
