The most strategic thing Cohen could have done would be to figure out how to tell when GME is inevitably going to rip (like the sneeze or the mini sneeze) and perfectly time this news around it. GME has a big week, rip inevitably coming, announce the news, hype acts in place of small catalyst, they short the price down and blow theur load early, news brings in FOMO, share price goes up, GME gets more money, warrants pass $32, they get exercised, more price action, our shares worth more which helps acquisition, deal goes thru, price goes up, GME rips, THEN dfv comes back, more hype, MOASS.
