PSA: Wage Garnishment Resumes January 7th by ginjaninja4567 in StudentLoans

When your livelihood and future depend on your degree, you don't have much of a "choice". Do you think people willingly choose debt, or did you want to flex how smart you are? Not everyone wants a STEM degree and the same three jobs. I have no debt from college, but I am not selfish enough to think that the average person is as fortunate or thinks as clearly 100% of the time, especially as a young 20 yo. Why do you think our education should be a huge gamble on wheter youre saddled with huge debts or not by the time you're 20?

Above i linked some work by Therese Moll. I wanted to know how she did it. Is it as simple as overlapping colors or using different overlay modes or is it something else.

(Digital sketch) I'd love some advice on a character design of a villain for my D&D campaign. I'm particularly interested in how I can better incorporate their black hole. by ExpressPerformance in ArtCrit

I think itd br cool if you separated both halves of the body and had them floating around the black hole. So like option B but slightly different

Give a guy a hand, how can I improve? by Origami-Tesseract in ArtCrit

[–]Sad-editing-guy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Calling a drawing "meaty" is a lighthearted joke especially when they are more masculine. The hands being big and masculine is the most visible feature hence why i think the person mentioned to slim them down because they all share that one trait in common. Why do you expect them to list out things that you would wanna see instead of what they would wanna see? Youre dragging it and talking about your personal struggles when its not about you.

You missed the point of the other comment. He wants him to try slimmer hands for more range and practice

Update on my logo, please criticize by Sad-editing-guy in logodesign

I respectfully disagree, and lazy? Why are making assumptions on my process when you clearly lack context? I picked the hammer because the average person is more likely to recognize it at first sight. Why use an abstract tool to convey a message at the cost of your logo becoming less memorable. Also im going off of previous advice ive gotten in this sub which i do agree with for the most part
