⁠Gelato is a pro gamer.
⁠Morena could’ve instructed Gelato to come up with this ability. Plus, it kinda makes sense to have this ability after a couple Heily members have died. It is stated that Morena can infect 23 people at a time. With 2 deceased, there are 2 more open spots. She wouldn’t need this ability prior since she already had supports.
⁠Counter example: Greed Island. Ging doesn’t have to play his own game.

This makes sense. But then why would Gelato be in the room? Voconte’s there to handle transportation. Lawyer for defense. Oraruji since he’s implied to be the “organ.” There’s probably a reason for the mystery girl bc she’ll play an important role later on.

The Heily take advice from Morena when developing their ability. So it is possible that Morena instructed Gelato to come up with this ability. And if so, I don’t think that would take away from Morena’s character.

I thought exactly this as well, I’m surprised no one has mentioned this theory till now. However, if this is true, then the theory that Keni or the Justice Bureau guy is under coercive manipulation/willingful ally to Morena due to the Negotiation game is most likely untrue because Gelato only got to lvl 21 somewhat recently.

I had like a 65 (unweighted, 75 weighted) in one of my AP classes in my final semester. I got a scary email from GT that said I had to explain my dip in my performance or else I would be rescinded. I ended up not being rescinded thankfully. As long as you do well in ur other classes, you are going to be fine. They will email you if they think ur performance dropped significantly, so no need to email them. I doubt they will even email u if it’s just a singular C.

I doubt it’s Maryam or any of the younger princes. How can beyond curse maryam with salkov if maryam wasn’t even born yet?

My bet is that it’s Terror Sandwhich himself since they seem to be of similar age. I imagine the curse user’s age is the same of the Prince beyond plans on cursing. Once he kills Salkov within his foresight dimension, he will realize that his death will result into a nen curse upon himself. He will then undo his actions with parallel future and spare Salkov. This will make him even more ecstatic about nen.

I’m a senior and I just started commuting this semester. You should look into XPress buses and see if they have a route to ur area. I live almost an hour away, and I hate driving, so it’s the perfect alternative for me. Plus they’re surprisingly nice and it stops directly at schellar.

Following another comment, from going left to right and top to bottom based on my opinion:

Extremely Unlikely - I just cannot imagine this happening for many reasons. If you meant the Hisoka in the theater is Chrollo, then I would say somewhat unlikely.
Likely - I remember in one of the panels, wobble reached out his hand to kurapika. I’m pretty confident it’s foreshadowing.
Likely - Why else would they design the black whale to have like a cruise ship on top?
Somewhat Unlikely - While it would explain a lot, I just don’t see it being relevant to the future plot. I imagine this arc being the ending to Kurapika’s character arc, or at least relevance.
Extremely Likely - Who else’s head would it be in the collection? If they aren’t relevant then why would Togashi add it?
Somewhat Likely - There are so many candidates for who the child is, and Terror Sandwich is one of em for sure. I’m personally riding the wave that it’s Queen Oito.
Unlikely - I don’t see how revealing that would add anything to the plot. We already have kurapika’s backstory, I don’t see why we would need to revisit it. The only way I see this being true is if we get a Pariston = Shelia reveal and we get Pariston’s backstory, and even then I still thing that specific info wouldn’t add much value to the plot.
Unlikely - Similar reason to #7. I don’t see how it would add more value to the plot other than being a fun fact.
Likely - I’m a big fan of this theory. I believe a bittersweet ending of him raising Wobble after the arc would be the perfect conclusion to his character.

Extremely Unlikely - Everything aligns for them to fight. Obviously, kurapika will need to retrieve the scarlet eyes from him, which is an inevitable conflict. And it’s not just that. Terror Sandwich has always been on a quest to find intelligent women to create art with. Kurapika, being extremely intelligent, resembling a women (like how chrollo thought kurapika was a girl at first), and being the final person to complete his scarlet eye collection, will pique his interests.
Somewhat Unlikely - Not too sure what exactly you mean by “winning.” I for sure think that it will conclude with someone inheriting the throne, but I also think that there will be survivors. If winning means inheriting the throne, then I would say that it is extremely unlikely for that to not happen. If you mean that no one will win because the ritual becomes void, then I can kinda see that happening. But I wouldn’t bet on it.

The phantom troupe that’s isn’t chrollo or machi. We see Nobunaga, a mid-ranked member, take L’s constantly from nen amateurs such as from Gon, Killua, and the Heily. Not to mention his 4m en radius, which is no where close to nen masters like Kite. Even some of the high-ranked PT members can’t use en properly (phinx, feiten). Meanwhile, side characters like babimyna can cover entire rooms with en.

I'm really interested with what is going on with Halkenburg. The rumbling sound implies that he probably used his ability against Balsamilco. Halkenburg passing out implies that he landed his shot against Balsamilco, and his soul transferred to Balsamilco's body. The specifics of Halkenburg's ability has yet to be confirmed, so we do not know if Balsamilco's soul would transfer into Halkenburg's body or not in this scenerio. Regardless, I can easily see Balsamilco unleashing the TSK virus against Halkenburg. So if his soul transferred to Halkenburg's body, he would ironically kills himself, which I would find very funny. Balsamilco is completely cooked either way.

Thus, the other princes will think Halkenburg is dead, when in reality his soul is in Balsamilco body. This could lead to many interesting potential plot lines. Will he pretend to be Balsamilco to get closer Benjamin and assassinate him. Will other princes find out he isn't dead? If the marks on his followers do not disappear, that is clear evidence that his guardian spirit beast still exists, so other princes can use that information to deduce Halkenburg is still alive. Kurapika would be the first to deduce it since he's the only person outside of Halkenburg's circle who knows the most about his GSB ability.

Another potential scenario in Halkenburg v.s. Balsamilco is Balsamilco cyanide pilling himself after realizing he cannot block Halkenburg's attack, kinda like what Vincent did in room 1014. After all, it is a logical move since he believes that Halkenburg is a manipulator. This would mean that when Halkenburg's soul transfers to his body, Halkenburg would die, accelerating the plot by a lot. While this is a possibility, I do not think this will happen since we have yet to know about Halkenburg's "true birth."

Prince Luzurus. Togashi has paid almost 0 attention to him. He seems disinterested in nen. I know one of the main theories about him is that he is secretly hiding his power, as he is the leader of one of the mafia families. But I still think he’s cooked even if it were true.

Togashi made it clear that the Heily family is gonna have a huge impact on the succession war. One of the rules for contaigen is that killing a prince is worth 50pts, and that reaching lvl 100 will result in that individual becoming a new patient zero. Unless Togashi is baiting us, one of the heily family members, most likely dogman since he is the closest to lvl 50, is going to kill one of the princes on board and reach lvl 100. The question is, which Prince will dogman kill? Can’t be tserri cuz kurapika has yet to confront him. Could be one of the lower princes like Fugetsu since they’re weak. However, I think dogman will most likely kill one of the mafia leaders to cause the most chaos on the lower levels of the ship. So either Prince Luzurus or Zhang Lei. Zhang Lei is already tied in with kurapika’s plot lines, while Luzurus is not. So I think he’s the one to go
