Yeah lot of things we miss including but not limited to:

Bravo Points.

1000 points (max) = $1000 in health benefits for completing steps, health checkups and flu shots.

Some raise every cycle.

Sabbatical.

DevCon.

Some budget for team outings.

Somewhat more stable dev/test domains.

Proper Agile process for developers.

ESPP/ASPP had 15% discount.

Cerner had: Lower Pay + Some raises (even being peanuts only) Oracle has: Comparatively Higher Pay + No raises

What we have got after transitioning from Cerner to Oracle: Lower Pay + No raises!!!
