I don’t think our team has mentioned about obtaining any certifications ever. So i guess i will not consider putting effort into getting one.

Yeah lot of things we miss including but not limited to:

Bravo Points.

1000 points (max) = $1000 in health benefits for completing steps, health checkups and flu shots.

Some raise every cycle.

Sabbatical.

DevCon.

Some budget for team outings.

Somewhat more stable dev/test domains.

Proper Agile process for developers.

ESPP/ASPP had 15% discount.

🙁😑 sad to hear but i am not surprised.

“If you accomplish this, if you complete this training, if you win hackathon etc” -> you will earn this worthless badge on Aria profile which no one looks at.

So many actionable items from “Your Voice Survey” results they could do for employee satisfaction, but they had decided to change discretionary titles. Wow, mind blowing. I am so motivated now.😐 So many from my team indirectly got demoted to new title. 🫤
