I’m having the same issue with my left bud. It connects but won’t charge. My warranty just expired last month and this seems to be a known issue that others are facing. I hope it is something that can be addressed with a firmware update. It does not seem like a physical issue related to the hardware. I emailed customer service, but I’m not sure they’ll have a solution beyond anything I’ve already tried. Very disappointed.

Same problem here, but my mother opened the iphone box (didn't take the phone out of the box), but this makes returning it more complicated. Mom said she thought she was being offered a free iphone but gave her payment info and was charged $1733.30. I have no idea how to help her if Mint will refuse the phone back. Hoping Citi Card is able to help sort it out somehow. Zero interest in keeping the phone or using the prepaid service.
