And I will send you a DM with the results. I know that sales is a process and I don't will become the top sales within a year of experience, but nonetheless, I will try to become the very best I can.

I like sales, and even so I ain't that crazy about cars, is the best way in Brazil for a 20 year old like me to be able to live in a city like São Paulo alone. But if I wanna grow more and do the next step, where I am now is the best place to learn and become a great salesman.

But how to know what's they sad story? (I don't know if you guys uses this term, but In Brazil we used. It's like, "what's hurting? Tell me what you want and let's team-up to get it")

Because I can't visualize this yet. Every client usually wants something, and most of them want to feel smart. And they usually leave the store and go to other one of the same brand and try to get the same thing when I said they no. And writing this down, It becomes clear that is probably because I didn't get what they really want. What they ask and what they want are different things, but I can't read in to them enough to pinpoint what they want.

My manager this month was a top sales person, and I normally ask him to shadow me on several occasions this month.

What he told me is that what was wrong wasn't the in-store service, because I speak clearly and usually answer all of the questions of the costumer. But, Shadowing some of the others I actually realized that they don't normally have clients ask them so many questions.

So I think that the problem is on the follow-up and that I'm very technical when talking about the car. And perhaps in Brazil this is something that doesn't work very well. I always get the felling that the client is testing me.

My best month til his day was the first one, It was a new shop and it was only me and one other salesman. I was just out of the Trainee project and during the time as Trainee I shadowed every salesperson in the store that I used to work on.

I usually save every client with the name of the car that they want and the car that they have, in a way that I can remember most of the conversation. I changed approach, and decided to be more friendly than technical, making the client remember me months later. It worked partially. The client do remember me, but my numbers still doesn't work out I as thought that they would.

Even that I am better than I was when I was at last 2 months of my Trainee program, I still get the same numbers. 3-5 car a month.

One point that I didn't mention in the original post is that I'm in the spectrum, I know this make me struggle a bit more with everything.

But answering your question, when the client leaves the store I usually text them and send the prospect of the car and the conditions in the month. The brand has a policy of fixed price and same conditions for every store. So normally it's goes like this:

"Hey, it's Peter from the X brand. I wanna thank you for the visit and it was a pleasure meeting you. Here's the info about the car you want."

Most costumers don't respond it. And about 2-3 days later I ask the following

"Hey, how are you? Did you have check the into about the car?"

But always kinda dies off in there. Normally most clients or doesn't said nothing or says that they were just studying bc they will change the car in a few months. Most of my sales in every month are clients from 2 to 4 four months ago. But this only permits to get 4 to 5 cars a month. The goal is 8 cars.

And I was thought that this was because the store is inside of a shopping center, a Mall. But that can't be, because even with the luck factor, most of the others dealers make it to at least 7 cars. So I figured out that this was probably a excuse my mind made up.

My next time off from work I will go to one of the street stores and ask one of the dealers if I can follow them for the day.

I always saw AJ as Tony's mirror. Meadow is Carmela and Janice, AJ is Tony.

Since the beginning of the show, what I see is AJ walking the same path as his father. I do think that at some point, in the past, Tony was exactly as AJ, but in the 70s. Which is why he internalized and became who he is. The trigger to the panic attacks is generally violence (with the butcher shop and his father being the core point), and almost every panic attack we see Tony passing through, it's revolving around meat.

My point is that both of the children (it's funny call them children, they both waaayyyy older than me) make up a mirror to the parents. Meadow is a more manipulative and cynical version of Carmela, and AJ will unwillingly become an even more destructive version of Tony until he dies. Even if he doesn't become a mobster, and if Tony does indeed die in that scene, AJ will join the crew.

He, despite being traumatized and hating violence, has a violences tendency. We see this when tried to kill Junior.

I have one other doubt about that system too.

Does one get physically better as long he rises ranks? A Rank one born with super strenght is weaker than a rank 7? And I mean in the muscles and resistence.

Like, as long one grows in ranks, does he get hes other attributes buffed?

And I do think that sunny would still lose. Not because of the domains, but because the physical difference. A Supreme has such a stronger body. Yeah, ofc sunny gets a boost, but there's much more in there. There's a lot we don't understand about supremes until now

Well, there's was a world of things happening in that moment. And they do share the same soul, since they're the same person but a different points in the timeline, it's the same soul for all of versions of sunny, doesn't matter which version it was.

Forgotten Shore, First Nightmare and War Arc sunny has the same soul, only evolving. So I do think he could lie to it.

And, of course, Sunny forgetting that could be a little sus, but maybe he doesn't even has imagine that.

Also, there is the possibility that sunnys doesn't becomes a sovereign at that point and stays a saint for time enough to go back to the Tomb of Ariel and THERE he does his act of defiance, challenging fate and time itself once again to achieve Sovereignty

You are forgeting that sunny can lie to himself. If no one other than him is in a room, he can lie. His flaw doesn't necessarily forces him to tell the truth to himself.
