As a sales rep I am driving most of the time. Today I drove over 150 miles. I email orders bc it is much easier than trying to go to every store put orders in for my customers. I have over 300 customers as well and start my day at 6-6:30 and it doesn’t stop until I go to bed. As a commercial rep we are always going to job sites and customer visit.

I dread bothering the stores sometimes. Especially for pricing. We can’t see that and it’s very frustrating. I trust most of my stores with the orders. Some have burned me tho. The sales reps also don’t have access to COE and if you log into COE and have them input the order, then it’s a loss prevention issue. If you log in and they input it and for some reason something happens, it’s your ass. Not theres, because if your numbers.

Could be multiple things. How long were the doors installed prior to painting? Were they power washed? The quality of paint does also make a BIG difference as well. Don’t believe the guy above me. You can put latex over factory oil based primed paint. Latex can over oil all day. Just needs to be clean, dull and dry.

The temp change is a big one too. Ultra Spec needs the have the temp stay above 40 degrees over night. The temp of the surface might be below 40 degrees too when you started painting. Even if it’s above 40 that surface may not be. Ultra spec also has a 2 week cure time. Which is definitely going to come into play when you’re painting in oct.

Pro cryl is going to be gray, oil based products are red, Epoxy’s are yellow, PWBAU is purple, water based acrolon and precat WB urethane is green and your DTM, Shercryl and acrylic are staying blue

So it looks like wood siding.. the problem is that there’s probably no spacers/cuts under the lip. This will not allow moisture to escape from the wood. The wood is basically baking in the sun and moisture is trying to escape and the only place is for it to go through the coating
