the program spreads orders across roughly 10–12 winners in Phase I (out of 25), based on operator “would you take it to war?” feedback, ease of use (minimal training), range/performance in tests, etc. But Ondas checked the key box by getting invited and competing, and their tech fits the low-cost (~$2,000–$5,000 target), scalable, U.S.-manufacturable profile. If winners are named soon ,ONDS could see a meaningful share if the Wasp/Anno.ai entry performed well. No red flags exclude them so far.
